Meet the Team
Founder, Physician and Development Basketball Trainer
Adrian Simien, DO
Greetings, my name is Adrian Simien and it's a pleasure to meet you. As someone hailing from the inner cities of Southern California and having a deep-seated love for basketball, I have been fortunate to engage in this sport from an early age. I have partaken in various levels of play, from AAU to high school, and even some college basketball. Throughout this journey, I have had the opportunity to compete alongside and against some of the finest athletes in the world. My experiences have shown me that basketball encompasses more than just the physical activity itself; it has shaped my character and instilled crucial values such as discipline, confidence, and mentorship. These invaluable qualities have greatly contributed to my journey in becoming a physician. My main aspiration is to share these essential basketball skills and principles with every player who enters my training facility, aiming to foster success in all aspects of their lives.
Administration Director and Beginner Development Basketball Trainer
Colette Fisch, B.S.
Hello, my name is Colette Fisch, and I hail from Appleton, Wisconsin. Basketball has been an integral part of my life, starting at the young age of five and continuing throughout my high school years. During high school, I discovered my passion for coaching youth basketball. Pursuing my educational journey at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, I obtained a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Coaching basketball goes beyond the game for me; it encompasses invaluable life lessons. Among the many values basketball teaches, my top three are fostering good sportsmanship, nurturing teamwork, and cultivating leadership. If I were to convey my coaching philosophy in one sentence, it would be: "Play hard, play smart, play with your heart, and no one will tear you apart."
